POSTER PREPARATION

The poster boards will be 6 ft long x 3 ft heigh (ca. 2 m x 1 m).

POSTER SESSIONS

Posters will have the same numbers as the page numbers of the corresponding abstracts in the Book of Abstracts. Please find in the Book of Abstracts the page number of your abstract and use the poster board with the same number. The Book of Abstracts will be provided to all participants upon registration.

SESSION I:
Posters could be hang beginning at 12:00 pm on Wednesday, June 12.
They should be removed before 12:00 pm on Thursday, June 13.

SESSION II:
Poster could be hang beginning at 1:00 pm on Thursday, June 13.
They should be removed before 2:00 pm on Friday, June 14.
